Invictus Junior College, Hyderabad ("Invictus", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to share it with us, for example through the admissions, campus visit or contact forms. This may include:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • the programme you are interested in (MPC with IIT-JEE, BiPC with NEET or MEC);
  • whether you are applying or booking a campus visit, and the message you send.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or academic records through this website.

02How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and call you back.
  • To arrange a campus visit or counselling conversation at our Madinaguda or Bachupally branch.
  • To keep an internal record of your enquiry so our admissions team can follow up.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for unrelated advertising.

03Calls, WhatsApp and email

If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us using the links on this site, your number or email address will be visible to our admissions team and used only to reply to you. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

04Who can see your information

Enquiries are stored securely and can be seen only by authorised admissions and administrative staff at Invictus. We do not share them with third parties, except where required by law.

05Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses a small session cookie to keep forms secure and to keep staff signed in to the site's administration area. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

06Third-party services

Some pages load content from trusted third-party services, such as web fonts, animation libraries and embedded Google Maps on our Contact page. These services may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when the page loads, under their own privacy policies.

07How long we keep information

We keep enquiry records only for as long as they are needed to respond to you and manage admissions, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have shared. Please call us or use the contact form, and include enough detail for us to find your original enquiry.

09Children's privacy

Many of our applicants are students under 18. We encourage parents or guardians to make or join enquiries on their behalf, and we use any information shared only for admissions purposes.
